FOSTER CARE CASEWORKER - KidsPeace Children's Hospital : Job Details

Position: Foster Care Caseworker Program: Pennsylvania Foster Care and Community Programs, [Office] KidsPeace invites you to join our mission-driven team of professionals who provide hope, help, and healing to children, adults and those who love them. The KidsPeace foster care program serves children aged 0-21 in local foster homes. The Caseworker plans, coordinates, and implements the service plans for children on their caseload: Autonomously and independently assist with the placement of children in foster homes; schedule regular, ongoing visits to each assigned foster home to supervise, support, motivate, and reinforce foster parents work with the children. Assure the children are safe in the foster home. Act as a child advocate and liaison with other professional service providers in the community and within the KidsPeace organization.
