Join a collaborative, mission-driven team where over 80% of employees report loving their job!What You'll Do: Assess the needs of children and families and develop individualized service plansConduct weekly home visits and maintain regular contact with foster families and other supportsAdvocate for clients in court and through multi-disciplinary team meetingsFacilitate placements and provide post-placement supervisionCoordinate with schools, healthcare providers, and community agenciesMaintain accurate, timely documentation and case recordsParticipate in court hearings, administrative case reviews, and agency utilization reviewEngage in ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesWhat We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field (Master of Social Work or equivalent preferred) Experience: Professional experience in foster care or child welfare preferred Requirements:Successfully obtain necessary foster care case management licensingValid Illinois driver's license and proof of required auto insuranceAbility to pass background checksStrong communication, documentation, and time management skillsAbility to build rapport with children, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teamsWillingness to provide home-based services and participate in on-call rotationWhy Join Us?
