This particular opportunity is with their Telecom division, a rapidly scaling arm that directly partners with major U.S. carriers. You'll be joining a world-class engineering team that's pioneering new ways to solve large-scale problems using data. What You Will Do As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you'll operate at the intersection of software engineering, data analysis, and customer collaboration. In this highly impactful role, you won't just write code-you'll solve urgent, high-stakes problems alongside your clients and bring their ideas to life quickly and effectively. You'll work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define, build, and deploy end-to-end solutions across areas such as network optimization, customer experience, infrastructure reliability, and operational tooling. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with client teams to deeply understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven software solutions.
• Designing, building, and deploying custom applications and data pipelines using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Working as part of a small, fast-moving team where your contributions directly impact major telecom operations.

Ideal Candidate Background We're looking for engineers who love solving ambiguous real-world problems, enjoy client-facing collaboration, and thrive in environments where speed and ownership matter. You should have:

• 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with ETL processes or building data systems.

• An entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable with fast iteration, shifting priorities, and working independently in client settings.

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or consulting environments.

Compensation, Benefits, and Other Details

• Base Salary: $135,000 - $200,000
