About The Role: Our Formulation Coordinator, a hybrid role based in Highland, Illinois, ensures that the ingredient blends produced meet the specific nutritional requirements of companion animals while also being high quality and efficient to manufacture.Responsibilities: Formula Management (50%): Reviews, processes, and executes formula set up and changes in ERP software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturing processes.
