Forklift Operator / Loader - Barr : Job Details

Barr, Inc. is looking for a reliable and safety-minded Forklift Operator / Loader to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our high-quality refrigeration equipment is safely and efficiently loaded, unloaded, and moved throughout our facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
• Assist in preparing products for shipment
• Verify and stage outgoing orders accurately
• Receive and organize incoming materials
• Perform routine equipment checks and follow all safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience (certification preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards
• Dependable and punctual with a team-first attitude
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm. Some overtime may be required.
