Job Title: Forklift Operator in Braintree, MA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | 30-minute unpaid lunch | Overtime possible

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Forklift Operator in Braintree, MA . This role involves a variety of warehouse tasks, including pulling orders, assisting customers at the counter, receiving and shipping UPS packages, cycle counting inventory, and operating a sit-down forklift (PIT). The ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.

• Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials.

• Assist customers at the counter as needed.

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Operate sit-down forklift (PIT) as needed.

• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.

Qualifications / Must-Haves:

• Ability to read and understand work orders.

• 6 months to 1 year of recent Forklift and warehouse experience.

• 6 months of computer experience (Microsoft Teams, Warehouse Inventory Systems).

• Ability to stand, lift, and pull for an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Dependable, takes initiative, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
