Forklift Operator - The Onin Group : Job Details

San Antonio, TX $15/hr (pay increase once certified)

Onin Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team for the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment and be committed to safety and efficiency.

Starting pay at $15.00 an hour

Schedule A - 6:30am till 3:00pm

Schedule B - 8:00am-4:30pm

Schedule C - 7:30am- till production is finished

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products and materials within the warehouse.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by properly documenting the movement of materials.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including organizing, cleaning, and preparing products for shipment.

Preferred Candidate Might:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50lbs
• Reliable Transportation
• Experience in fast paced environments
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with computer systems
• Availability to work the 1st shift and occasional overtime as needed
