Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Forklift Operator, where you will be responsible for the operation of double-wide forklifts with 2/3/4 stage lifts, and managing the loading and unloading of freight trucks and rail cars filled with beer, wine, soft drinks, and spirits. This position spans across three locations, with two situated on Swan Island and one on Marine Drive.
Shifts :
Currently Hiring for Dayshift and Swingshift.
$22/hr starting with guaranteed OT.
Responsibilities
Operate sit-down electric forklifts to move full pallet loads around the warehouse.
Utilize RF scanning systems and scannable barcodes on the floor and placards.
Ensure efficient inventory and storage management.
Participate in material handling, picking, production, stockroom, and packing activities.
Engage in order picking, shipping, and receiving processes.
Safely handle equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks.
At least 1 year of experience in a distribution facility, specifically with forklift operation.
Proficiency in inventory and material handling.
Experience with RF scanners and sit-down forklifts.
Experience with order picking, shipping, and receiving.
Knowledge of using pallet jacks and reach trucks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
