1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Position Summary:
Our client, a leader in the Industrial sector, is seeking a Material Handler Forklift to join their team. As a Material Handler Forklift, you will be part of the Mixing Center supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to integrity, which will align successfully in the organization.
The Mixing Center - Warehouse Person is responsible for efficiently handling, organizing, and moving inventory within the Mixing Center. This role includes loading/unloading trailers, picking and staging orders, maintaining facility cleanliness, and operating powered industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and accountability while working under general supervision.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload trailers/containers, including physical movement of products up to 50 lbs.
Prioritize and pick materials to fill orders; stage products for outbound loading.
Organize inventory by product line and physical alignment to allow for overflow.
Verify incoming and outgoing products for accuracy in quantity, size, and type.
Report inventory discrepancies and assist in periodic inventory counts.
Perform custodial tasks such as cleaning the loading dock and surrounding areas.
Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.
Assist with administrative tasks including paperwork preparation.
Support onboarding and training of new associates.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience That Best Prepares You:
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Experience: Prior work experience sufficient to work under general supervision in roles such as lift driver, loader, order selector, or receiver.

Physical Demands / Work Environment / Travel Requirements:
Physical Demands: Occasional standing, walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, kneeling, and use of hands/tools. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Work Environment: Exposure to current weather conditions; moderate noise levels.
Travel: None required.
