Forklift Operator - Staffmark : Job Details

Ready to roll into a new opportunity? Staffmark is hiring an experienced Forklift Operator to join a hardworking warehouse team in Cleveland, TN. If you're reliable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing conditions, this might be the perfect fit! Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00/hour (Based on experience) Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Overtime: Some Fridays required

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts to load and unload trucks
• Perform manual labor tasks such as using hand drills and nail guns
• Adapt to changing priorities and warehouse needs
• Work efficiently in hot summer and cold winter conditions
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of recent forklift experience
• Comfortable with physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
