Forklift Operator - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client, a leader in the logistics and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join their team. As a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator / Material Handler

Location: Portland Metropolitan Area

Pay Range: $21.00 - $21.50/hour

Shift: Multiple shifts available, including day, night, and rotating schedules

What's the Job?

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials

• Prepare, verify, and process incoming and outgoing shipments

• Use systems such as UPS/FedEx and SAP for shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking

• Perform inventory tasks including cycle counts and stock movements

• Support raw material processing and removal of production scrap

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
