As a Forklift Operator, you'll support machine operators and keep production running smoothly by focusing on keeping team stocked and material handling in the pit area. Your attention to safety and cleanliness will be vital to maintaining high standards across the facility. Key Responsibilities of Forklift Operator:

• Keep the area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Sanitize equipment, tools, and surfaces in the pit area to prevent contamination
• Properly dispose of waste materials following all safety guidelines
• Assist in operating machinery during the coffee production process
• Safely transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring inventory counts are accurate
• Label and store materials according to inventory procedures

Requirements of Forklift Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to handle routine equipment maintenance
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and detail
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
