Forklift Operator/General Labor - Oklahoma Staffing : Job Details

RPM Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and handling heavy loads to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Mandatory: Minimum 1 years of forklift experience Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other warehouse staff. Assist with the Assembly Department. Assist in tasks such as receiving, organizing stock, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of forklift operation experience (required). Warehouse or logistics experience (preferred). Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs.). Experience using barcode scanners is an asset. Strong attention to detail and time management. Basic math and computer literacy. Dependable and punctual. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods. Capable of working in varying warehouse conditions and temperatures.
