• We are seeking qualified and experienced Forklift Operators to join their team in Swedesboro, NJ. This position is ideal for reliable, safety-focused individuals with recent forklift experience who are comfortable working in cold storage environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up deep reach forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise
• Load and unload products from trailers and storage areas
• Maintain accurate inventory through efficient material handling
• Work in a freezer/cold storage environment for extended periods
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Shift/Hours:

• 1st shift: 6am - 6pm
• 3rd shift: 6pm-6am
• Set schedule provided after orientation

Job Requirements

• Recent experience operating a stand-up deep reach forklift (required)
• Ability to work in freezer/cold storage conditions
• Must pass a forklift assessment test
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
