Forklift Equipment Operator - Monday - Friday (7:00 a.m. until 3:45 p.m.) - Radians : Job Details

The Forklift Equipment Operator supports inventory processes, solutions, and strategies for the continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and order fulfillment quality; including cycle counts, data entry, tracking, reconciling, documenting, and reporting. Investigates and resolve inventory inaccuracies and provide root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective actions. Works with the Inventory Manager and Peers to brainstorm ways to reduce inventory discrepancy and possible theft or shrink. Compile inventory information and present it to management for effective decision-making. MUST HAVE Cherry Picker experience. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Initiate policy changes regarding inventory in the company. Perform managerial functions, including retraining members of staff of the warehouse if necessary. Perform forward and reverse Empty Bins daily. Perform Audits of moves and put away.
