Forklift Driver - Edsal Manufacturing : Job Details

Summary The Forklift Driver is responsible for operating the forklift to load, unload, move, and stack goods in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to workplace safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Move product from one staging area to another staging area
• Locating and moving products to pallets for production, storage or distribution
• Maintain pallet stacking in accordance with OSHA standards
• Load and unload product from trailers and or containers
• Load and unload product from production lines
• Shrink wrap products or otherwise secures for transport
• Follow department specific procedures
• Follow all safety regulations and company guidelines

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) or combination of education and experience
• 2 years' experience driving a forklift - Preferred sit down lift
• Basic math and inventory skills
