Forfeiture Project Manager with Security Clearance - One Federal Solution : Job Details

One Federal Solution is seeking a Project Manager to support a federal government client in Washington, DC. The Project Manager will oversee daily contract operations, coordinate contractor staff, and serve as the primary liaison between OFS and the government client. This role ensures contract compliance, quality assurance, staffing continuity, and overall mission success. Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of contractor personnel under the contractCoordinate workload with the government Program Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)Ensure all staff training, onboarding, and security clearances meet contractual requirementsPre-screen and vet candidates to fill contractor positions, and coordinate interviews with the governmentManage staff performance, including identifying issues and implementing corrective action plansMaintain staffing levels and provide qualified replacements within required timeframesEnsure timely submission of deliverables, including monthly status reports, staffing and phase-in/out plans, and meeting minutesServe as single point of contact for all contract-related mattersDevelop short- and long-term solutions for operational and staffing challengesConduct regular staff and project status meetingsEnsure contract compliance with quality control and quality assurance plans Project Manager Minimum Qualifications:Forfeiture Experience Bachelor's degreeThree (3) years of experience managing projects involving data analysis, legal support, training, recruitment, or related fieldsExperience coordinating multi-functional teams in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Project Manager Additional Requirements:U.S. CitizenshipAbility to obtain favorable Public Trust determinationStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProven experience in contract compliance, reporting, and quality assurance oversightFamiliarity with federal project management practices and government reporting requirements About One Federal SolutionOne Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
