Hypower is looking for an Underground Construction Foreman to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Operate excavators over 50k loaders, skid steers, rollers, etc.
  • Supervise a five-person crew efficiently.
  • Read grade stakes and interpret grades.
  • Work with trench boxes and dewatering systems.
  • Operate a Windows-based computer for timesheets and paperwork.
  • Read and interpret blueprints.
  • Make field decisions and take corrective actions.
  • Communicate with team, city, and client officials.
  • Work day and/or night shifts.
  • Perform physical labor as required.
    • Qualifications
    • Valid driver's license.
    • 5 years of operating experience.
    • Ability to read grade stakes and blueprints.
    • Knowledge of trench boxes and dewatering systems.
    • Valid CDL is a plus.
    • Proficiency with Windows computers.
    • Ability to work with construction crews and perform physical tasks.
