The General Manager for the Savor Food Truck will serve as the leadership figure at the individual truck level. The role involves assisting in the creation and implementation of strategic systems to promote and improve Savor's business model. The manager will ensure the success of the truck and staff, operating out of a commissary kitchen to provide on-site catering for community, corporate, and special events. Responsibilities include overseeing all food production, on-truck activities, event planning, and coordinating the truck's calendar.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 4–6 years of experience in culinary, food truck, or hospitality environments
- Culinary background required
- Proven experience managing food production, staff, and event logistics
- Strong understanding of daily food truck operations and ability to drive a large vehicle
- Ability to coordinate and manage large groups
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of and commitment to Catholic social teachings and the mission of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh
- Valid NC Driver's License and a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed
