FOOD SUPPORT WORKER (Dish Room) - 60006996 - STATE OF FLORIDA : Job Details

This position requires lifting, pulling and squatting. Set up dish machine for daily tasks. Wash Breakfast trays and carts, lunch trays, carts, pots and pans, evening meal trays and carts. Disassemble and clean dish machine and dish room. Reassemble dish machine for washing breakfast, lunch and evening meal trays. Prepare AM, PM and HS Snacks and help support tray line. Wash lunch trays, carts and pots and pans. Attends Inservice training and meetings as assigned. While on duty, follows and carries out Florida State Hospital/ Unit/ Department safety practices and policies. Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for the position: Knowledge of the equipment, procedures and techniques used in cooking, baking, and/or meat cutting. Knowledge of the procedures for maintaining sanitary working conditions. Ability to perform food service functions in one or more of the following areas: cooking, baking or meat cutting.
