FOOD SUPPORT WORKER - 60006366 - STATE OF FLORIDA : Job Details

Duties of this position require the incumbent to be knowledgeable of and utilize the principles of Total Quality Management. This position requires lifting, pulling and squatting. The duties include: Set up Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Meal Tray Line for the day. Assemble Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal trays. Disassemble and clean tray line and area. Disassemble and clean tray line and area and set up for the next day meals. Attends Inservice training and meetings as assigned. While on duty, follows and carries out Florida State Hospital, Unit/ Department Safety Practices and Policies. Performs other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for the position: Knowledge of the equipment, procedures and techniques used in cooking, baking, and/or meat cutting.
