Responsible for maintaining all aspects of kitchen sanitation, in compliance with hospital, local and state regulations. Cleans and organizes work areas, equipment's, utensils, and service station. Performs food preparation duties, prepares fruits and vegetables, and serves customers swiftly and efficiently. Maintains knowledge of products, and provides customers with correct information where necessary. Principal Accountabilities:1. Works in the dish room: scraps trays, loads the dish machine, sorts and cleans silverware, cleans and sanitizes small cooking utensils and equipment's in accordance with all regulatory and department standards ..
