As a Food Services Specialist, you will take charge of cooking delicious meals alongside talented chefs, ensuring that Soldiers enjoy a hot meal during their demanding training or mission deployments. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving meals in various settings, both in the field and at home stations, as well as managing food inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in meal preparation, food storage, and hospitality. Furthermore, you can earn up to 19 nationally recognized certifications!

Job Duties:

  • Design and prepare diverse menus
  • Oversee food inventory management
  • Ensure strict compliance with sanitation and safety standards

Requirements:

  • 10 weeks of Basic Training
  • 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Aged 17 to 34 years
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comply with Tattoo Guidelines
  • No Major Law Violations
  • No Medical Concerns
