The Food Services Director Other plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of food services to ensure daily provision of quality nutritional services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) or more years' experience in the position of a director of food and nutrition services Complete a minimum course of study in food safety before October 1, 2024 (e.g., Serv.
