Job Highlights

  • Dispense and handle food according to department standards, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and timely communication of issues
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by cleaning work areas, managing waste, and operating equipment properly
  • Store and transport food and supplies according to guidelines; label, date, rotate stock, and monitor storage unit conditions
  • Follow all food handling, safety, and infection control protocols, and report hazards or injuries immediately
  • Support department goals by training new staff, attending meetings, maintaining records, and performing clerical or additional duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

  • Experience working in food service or customer service
  • Ability to work 2nd shift or a rotating shift
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Able to read, write, perform basic math, and follow instructions
  • Must pass the OSHA Respiratory Fit Test
