• Clean, sterilize, and disinfect areas and equipment.
• Ensure food is maintained at appropriate temperatures, covering and storing leftovers, and recording serving temperatures and quantities.
• Prepare salads and garnishes and assist in basic food preparation or ordering.
• Assist customers in finding products, making selections, and purchasing items.
