Supervise, if assigned by immediate supervisor, and participate in kitchen and dining area activities. Exhibits the ability to clean and sanitize with thoroughness and consistency, to achieve an acceptable level of sanitation while performing custodial duties in the kitchen and food prep areas. Understands and carries out oral instructions. Arrive at work on time when scheduled. Attends training sessions as directed. Take and record temperature of food and food storage areas such as refrigerators and freezers. Exhibits the ability to be thorough and safely operate heavy machinery without supervision. Also be able to clean said equipment. Exhibits the ability to perform routine tasks consistently. Prepare a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, desserts, according to customers' orders or supervisors' instructions, following approved procedures.
