We also have the Bloomington Career Academy which provides career exploration opportunities to high school students at Bloomington High School and surrounding school districts. • School Nutrition positions start with a minimum of a 2.5-hour shift on all days students are in session and the School Nutrition Worker I position has a starting pay of $17-$19.12/hour (higher compensation given for prior District 87 School Nutrition employment experience).
• Insurance benefits eligibility is available for individuals working a minimum of 5 hours per day. This position is part of the School Nutrition employee group.
• All School Nutrition employees are employed on a probationary status for the first 65 work days.
