We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our correctional team. In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in overseeing meal production and service.

Note: Applicants must be over 21 years old and will need to pass a background check as per the correctional facility's procedures and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals in accordance with company recipes and contractual obligations.
• Ensure that all meals adhere to quality standards.

What We're Looking For:

Must-haves:

• Experience in supervising a team of employees.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.

Nice-to-haves:

• An advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field.
• Food Handler's certification.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
