Job Description :
Notify supervisor immediately of malfunctioning, inoperative, unsafe, or hazardous equipment clean or used by contract personnel. Receive, document and relay all pertinent information to subordinate employees as related to job performance. Utilize available manpower to the fullest extent during peak hours and employee breaks. Assign employee breaks and replace absent employees for their particular shift. Order supplies. Keep facilities clean. Assist employees with mandatory trainings. Handle receipts for each shift. Write reports and recommendations as needed. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s) High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required. Associate degree or Bachelors degree in any subject preferred .-3 years of supervising a minimum of 5-10 employees preferred. Food service experience preferred. Must pass Serv.
