About the Role:

Join our dedicated Corrections team in Sidney, OH, as a Food Service Manager and lead a passionate team committed to providing essential meal services. You will oversee all food service operations, ensuring our clients and customers receive delicious and nutritious meals consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the food service department and its staff.
• Recruit, hire, and train new food service associates.
• Ensure compliance with culinary, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Develop and manage the department budget, including purchasing ingredients.
• Collaborate with the district manager on dining service operations.
• Address customer service needs effectively.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of two years of experience in food service operations.
• Background in industrial cooking.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with staff and executives.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse environment focused on client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-Haves:

• ServSafe and/or HACCP certification.

Compensation: $21.00/hr
