Food Service Helper- Food and Nutrition - Per Diem - Guthrie Healthcare : Job Details

To be an active member of the dietary team. To provide the best dietary service for the patients, guests and employees. Education, License & Cert: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Prior experience desired, not necessary. Essential Functions: 1. Assists on the serving line in the cafeteria for breakfast and lunch meals. 2. Deliver patient meal trays. 3. Prepares assembly line station for patient tray service in a timely manner. 4. Prepares specified food items for patient tray service and cafeteria according to marked menu and production sheets. 5. Scrapes and washes dishware from patient trays and employee cafeteria according to department sanitation procedures. 6. Transports food carts to and from designated areas on the patient floor in a safe and timely manner. Other Duties: 1. Other duties as assigned. 2. Assists in the training of new employees. 3.
