This position is an on-site position located in Hartsville, TN (About 50 miles out-side of Nashville, TN) - - - - - - $3,500 sign-on bonus - - - - - - We do offer assistance with relocation, if needed - - - The Food Service Director plans, direct and coordinate the activities of running a large food service operation with one or more production kitchens. This position oversees the kitchen's operational and financial responsibilities. This position supervises an Assistant Food Service Director and/or a team of Food Service Supervisors and/or Cooks who are involved with the preparation, serving and clean-up of food in a secure correctional facility. Other duties as determined by the needs of the business. Responsible for the supervision, training, and management of the facility food service operation.
