Consolidated Management is hiring for a Food Service Director at the Harvey County Jail. If youre tired of your current restaurant job & you have some cooking skills (being a great cook at home works too), this is a job for you! Great Wages & Benefits (we pay for experience)No late nights or early mornings (shifts are usually 9 am - 630 pm)Able to work weekends when needed. Time in the afternoon to take extended breaks to take care of personal things. Very low, to no stress work environment Food Service Director responsibilities include:Managing and developing a team. Scheduling labor. Controlling profit and loss. Maintaining inventory. Ordering food and supplies. Cooking daily meals. Building rapport with the client. Minimum Qualifications:Prior management experience in the food service industry is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Use of commercial kitchen equipment.
