Incumbents in the Coordinator series perform a combination of program-related and/or administrative functions to support community, social, and instructional programs; and/or coordinate people, information, events, or facilities. As representatives of Utah State University and primary contributors to its mission, all employees are expected to demonstrate professionalism. Responsibilities Daily coordination of cafeteria staff. Cook meals and clean dorms according to the needs of the department. Create weekly cafeteria menu. Order food and supplies with vendors as needed. Train new employees. Work with Auxiliaries Director in the execution of catering events. May participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. May coordinate program/department activities including, conferences and events. May coordinate and oversee the day-to-day management of supplies, equipment, and facilities for the organization.
