OverviewTakeout Servers are responsible for efficiently and accurately processing takeout orders, verifying order accuracy, handling payments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to pick up, including order verification, packaging, and communication with guests.BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Responsibilities

• Take and process takeout orders accurately.
• Handle payment transactions and verify customer IDs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Efficiently package orders follow food safety standards.
• Distribute orders to customers and verify receipt matches order.
• Utilize host phone to text guests when orders are complete.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the takeout station.
• Promote specials, upsell, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and customer information.
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of related experience required
• Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
• Be flexible and adaptable to change.
