Performs preparation and service of food and provides general supervision to hostesses. Assists with tray quality audits, tallies, education of staff and processing of menus. Prepares nourishments and tube feedings. Oversees the floor stock functions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates the duties and schedule for the Catering program. Serves food both accurately and timely to customers according to departmental standards. Responds to customer needs in a timely manner. Coordinates the catering menu selections with production staff. Correctly interprets and prepares the menus for catering functions. Processes all paperwork associated with catering functions. Checks food and supplies for compliance with sanitation and safety according to departmental standards. Stores food and supplies according to departmental standards. Performs operator maintenance on equipment according to departmental standards.
