Our Food Safety team is growing! The Regional Director of Food Safety - Microbial Process Control and Interventions directs and provides complete oversight of Harvest Process Control and Intervention Programs to ensure expected microbial performance is achieved to comply with all USDA FSIS Regulatory Food Safety requirements. This position is remote based with considerable travel to regionally based plants. The ideal candidate will live within close proximity to one of the following locations: Milford, DE, Salisbury, MD, Accomac, VA or Lewiston, NC. #LI-SB 1 Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide technical guidance in the development and implementation of Harvest Process Control procedures, implementation, monitoring and trending.
