Compensation: Base salary $100,000 $110,000 + up to 10% annual bonus + relocation reimbursement if needed + full benefits

Position Overview

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our food safety and quality programs across all operations. In this on-site role, you will manage audit preparation, traceability systems, document control, and regulatory compliance, while also supervising QA staff and supporting production and R&D teams. You will oversee micro testing, allergen control, corrective actions, line validation, and GMP standards. You will lead QA team scheduling, deliver required training, maintain accurate documentation and reporting, and help drive cross-functional process improvements. While this is not a floor-based QC role, you will initially train alongside the production team to understand plant operations before fully transitioning into QA leadership. This role offers long-term growth into broader compliance responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in food science or a related field
• 4+ years of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing
• HACCP certification required; PCQI certification
• Strong understanding of microbiology, food safety, labeling, export documentation, pesticide reporting, and organic/EU standards
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Famous ERP
• Willingness to cross-train in QC during onboarding
