We are seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager at dnata catering U.S., supporting the JFK International Airport in Inwood, NY. This role involves overseeing a team of Food Safety and Quality Assurance professionals to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality in our catering operations.

Key Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in an SQF-certified facility.
• HACCP and PCQI certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and computer skills.

Additional information: Salary range is $89,000 - $110,000 annually, with weekly pay. The role requires physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds, and the environment is indoors with varying noise levels.
