Food Runner, PT - The Marcus Corporation : Job Details

The Food Runner is responsible for assembling the menu items on tray and deliver to server stations while ensuring proper standards are met according to guest and menu specifications and quality. Food runners will provide superior guest service while maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment as a member of the Marcus Theatres food / beverage team. This position reports to the General Manager. Essential Functions/ Job Duties:Interact with guests in an efficient, hospitable, and professional manner from the beginning to the end to nurture an excellent guest experience;Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items;Immediately communicate any food or service issues to management;Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up, cleanliness and stocked;Deliver food and beverage orders within established timeframes;Multi-task and assist teammates;Complete assigned side work including but not limited to: set up all garnishes for dishes, assemble trays, stock bread...Food Runner, Runner, High School, Food, Restaurant, Skills
