An annual value of $4,000!Competitive Salary & 401K company match that vests immediately upon participationTraditional benefits for full-time hourly - Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term, and Long Term DisabilityEquity available to full-time employees after 1 year of employmentGenerous sick leave & PTO policyUp to 10 paid holidaysIn this Processing role with our Production Team, you will:Prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipesSet up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipmentPrepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food itemsSafely utilize a variety of utensils including knifesArrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelinesHelp keep the production facility clean and organizedFollow all safety, GMP, and QSF policies/proceduresNecessary knowledge, skills, and experience:Previous experience in kitchen, food prep, or food service related work preferredKnowledge of various food prep methods, proper knife handling, and food safety regulations such as proper food handling, sanitation, and storage preferredAble to stand and work for long periods of time (10 hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs.Able to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment.During your break - Never run on empty by enjoying daily Farmer's Fridge meals, challenge a coworker to a game of ping pong, de-stress by taking a spin on our Nascar arcade game, or spend your break on one of our comfy couches.Happier Workdays - Walking into the facility should fill you with joy, not dread.
