Hot Job Alert! Our Food Production Operators get to work in a small, team environment handling cheeses through all stages, from start to finish. This is a 1st shift, try-before-hire opportunity Location: Mindoro, WI Starting Pay: $20.24 per hour Schedule: 4:00AM- 12:30PM; Shifts run Monday - Friday, plus one weekend/month (when you work your weekend each month, you will receive a weekday off the previous week, and a weekday off the following week) Food Plant Operator/Processor Job Duties: Following established production standards performs all functions of the manufacturing process Help crumble cheeses Inspect all equipment to assure proper operation and safety Follow operational procedures and complete required paperwork Follow GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices), quality control, cleaning and sanitation procedures Ensure accurate counts on production are recorded Accountable for proper operation of equipment Assist with clean-up and sanitation responsibilities Assist in any other areas of the manufacturing plant when necessary Operator/Processor Requirements: Great attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequently Enjoys working in a team-setting Benefits once hired on!: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance 401k with company match Profit sharing annual bonus PTO (2 weeks after 1 year) ABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
