Consistently follows all standard operating procedures, including ensuring appropriate machine settings, reporting and general corrective actions to resolve operational issues. Responsible for successfully meeting established KPIs. Accurately completes all production paperwork, weights, measures and reporting. Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities. Uses effective approaches for choosing course of action and/or development of solutions. Knows how and when to apply technical skills or procedures and performs complex tasks in area of expertise. Assists in various areas in the processing department. Removes all adultered cheese such as mold, mush or any substance that would contaminate to the finished product. Inspect finished product containers. Responsible for the proper batching per the formula. Inspection of raw cheese for quality as required for batching.
