Join the TASTE Team as a Food Prep/Slicer - One of the Most Essential Roles in the Company! As a Food Prep/Slicer, you'll be a key player behind the scenes, ensuring every ingredient is fresh, every cut is perfect, and every guest receives the high-quality experience they expect from TASTE. Key Responsibilities:
- Slice meats and cheeses for our signature sandwiches with precision and care
- Prep fresh ingredients, including slicing tomatoes and portioning dressings, sauces, and composed salads
- Collaborate with the BOH team to ensure all products are prepped and ready for service, maintaining the highest quality standards
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, preparing items accurately and to order
- Support guest and team member needs with flexibility, speed, and a positive attitude
- Understand dietary restrictions and allergens, and know how to accommodate guest requests safely and appropriately
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the kitchen and team
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
