Gettysburg College is seeking several casual employees (10-20 hours per week) to perform a variety of duties in our Bullet Hole Eatery. Your role as a Food Prep, Cleaning/Utility, & Dish Room Team Member will include:

• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure all items are properly cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain clean work areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Help organize storage areas, rotate inventory, and keep prep stations stocked and organized
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to maintain smooth operations and quality service

QualificationsQualifications of a Food Prep, Cleaning/Utility, & Dish Room Team Member:

• Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• ServSafe Manager certification or the ability to obtain one within the first year of employment is required
• Work flexible schedules, nights & weekend hours are required.
