Food Pantry Assistant - The New School : Job Details

Student Support and Advocacy is seeking Food Pantry Assistants, who will support projects and initiatives related to the functioning of food security initiatives for students at The New School. The position is open to New School students with a Federal Work Study (FWS) award as part of their financial aid package for the academic year 2025-2026. RESPONSIBILITIES Stock food deliveries, label food, inventory pantry items, and oversee in person distribution. Delivery times vary and commitment is based upon your availability. Administer food pantry sign in and intake form process to ensure accurate data reporting of student usage of the food pantry services. Participate in Food Pantry operations team meetings, as needed.
