Assist with overseeing the daily operation of the Food and Beverage Department while focusing on the training of team members, along with safety and sanitation at each Food and Beverage location. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee all functions related to the safe and effective daily operation of the Food and Beverage Department. Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and food safety regulations and procedures. Ensure that opening and closing checklists are completed on a daily basis. Ensure temperate logs are being filled out every two hours. Assist in unit inspections along with daily safety auditing on food safety and general safety. Communicate with the Food and Beverage Manager on all aspects of the daily operation, including safety, training and sanitation. Maintain the highest standards of quality in product and services on a consistent basis through quality and portion control. Ensure proper PPE is worn at all times.
