Flux Core Welder - Automation Personnel Services : Job Details

Job DescriptionIndustrial WelderAutomation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Welder for a company based in Cullman, AL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for fabricating and assembling pipes to create a variety of customized structures. Pay Rate $18-$20 (based on experience) Schedule and Hours Sunday 11pm-7amMon-Thur. 9pm-7amIndustrial Welder Duties and Responsibilities •Read and interpret blueprints, product drawings, and pic ticket orders to determine materials, tools and equipment needed to complete work •Follows quality control procedures to ensure that the assembled, fabricated product meets customer specification •Upholds accurate records of materials used on ticket ; locates and pulls required materials from inventory •Utilizes a variety of hands tools, saws, and cutting equipment and performs other related duties as assigned •Maintains clean work area and equipment; following safety procedures concerning use of equipment and materials to maintain safe working conditionsIndustrial Welder Qualifications and Requirements •Must have welding experience (Flux Core) •Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds, lifting test to be administered •Background check and drug screen required •Capable of carrying out a given task with details necessary to get the task done well Job Type Full-time Benefits •Weekly Pay •Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance •40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours •6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401K matching to all eligiblecontingent and temporary associates.
