Job DescriptionA Financial Services client is actively seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Flutter Developer to join their innovative technical team. This role is crucial for delivering impactful solutions to meet the organization's growing demands. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality source code, maintaining unit tests, integrating systems seamlessly, and efficiently resolving technical issues.Must Have

• At least 3+ years of experience working with Flutter/Dart, along with hands-on experience in native development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Recent experience in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance native Android and iOS features.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend systems through RESTful APIs.
• Optimize applications to ensure optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Explore new technology options and develop Proof of Concepts for evaluation.
• Work closely with business teams to clarify requirements and understand application use cases and business processes.

Technical Capabilities And Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Flutter/Dart.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in mobile app development.
• Hands-on experience in native development for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Comprehensive understanding of mobile application development principles.
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter navigation and routing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing in Flutter.
• Proficiency in tools like Git, Jira, Confluence.
• Deep knowledge of design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice To Have

• Experience with app store deployment processes for Apple and Google marketplaces.
• Familiarity with the Angular framework and web development.
